Appointment

The Company appoints the Distributor as an Independent Direct Seller to market and sell the Company’s products on a non-exclusive basis.

This Agreement does not create any employer–employee, partnership, or agency relationship.

Eligibility

The Distributor confirms that: He/She is 18+ years of age Has valid KYC (PAN/Aadhaar/Bank) Joins without any joining or registration fee

Products

The Distributor is authorized to sell: Kridhayu Amrit Swaras (Nutrition / Wellness Product) Other nutrition products launched by the Company from time to time.

Scope of Activities

The Distributor may: Sell products to retail customers Introduce new distributors (optional) Promote products ethically and truthfully The Distributor shall NOT: Charge any joining fee Promise fixed or guaranteed income Make disease cure claims Misrepresent product benefits

Compensation Plan

The Distributor will earn commission only on product sales. Maximum commission: up to 10% per product. Compensation is as per the official 10-Level Generation Plan of the Company. No income shall be paid solely for recruitment.

Buy-Back & Refund Policy

The Company agrees to: Buy back unsold, resalable inventory within 30 days of purchase. Process refunds as per Company policy.

Pricing & Invoicing

Products shall be sold at MRP or authorized discount. Every sale must be supported by a valid Company invoice. Distributor shall not alter labels, packaging, or product claims.

Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Distributor agrees to comply with: Consumer Protection Act, 2019 Direct Selling Rules, 2021 Advertising Standards Council of India guidelines FSSAI norms (for nutrition products)

Termination

This Agreement may be terminated if the Distributor: Violates laws or company policies Engages in pyramid or money circulation Makes false claims or fraud

Independent Contractor

The Distributor acknowledges: This is not employment No salary or fixed income Income depends solely on personal effort and product sales

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Bazpur, Uttarakhand Signatures
